OCG 1
Part 1 - Flatwater
Course purpose:
> To handle a Solo and/or Tandem safely
> To paddle and rescue under control on Flatwater
> To introduce and support competently canoeing to beginners
This will be trained:
Hazards, safety, rescue, paddling techniques & maneuvers

To all OCG-Participants we say thank you with a special bonus (free of charge): During this OCG4 workshop
it is possible, to be certified as an ACA Trip Leader. This certification is the highlight of our OCG training. To use this titel after succsessful assessment ACA-Membership is necessary.

General Informations for OCG Courses
All courses consists of Theory and Practice. You will be paddling your own canoe - or optional you could
rent a solo or tandem canoe from our fleet The use of video helps to analyse and improve your own paddle technique. If desired, you gets a copy of it on CD.
Fee discount: Courses outside of the dates (even on weekdays) are possible! For the course place of Nuremberg
We are excellent to reach with public transportation and offer a shuttle-service between the
stations near by us and the course place. Child care is possible. For the duration of the booked course you receive a discount of 10% for your shopping in our store.
